This story will cover the second day of my trip and the 4th part will cover the third day. Because it’s spring in Japan, what’s better (and cheaper) than something we called “Hanami” or watching Sakura bloom. So i spent most of my day looking at Sakura. Click the link below for the rest of the story.

Because i usually wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning, i still wake up around that time, and because i have nothing to do i just stay on the futon and browsing around the net. Then when i went to the bathroom, i see Yuki’s mother preparing for the breakfast. So i tried to help her, she won’t allow me though (lol). Then we talked a bit. It’s nothing important, she just talk about Yuki. She said she actually against me to stay there but because Yuki really asked for it she finally gave up and let me stay. I never know about this because Yuki said not a problem since the first time i asked (half joking), then she started to said a lot of things, like she worried about Yuki being more and more tomboy and other trivial things, until Yuki came out from upstair and stop the conversation. Yuki keep asking me about what her mother said to me, but i just answered with “it’s nothing”, i hope she isn’t mad at me. (obviously she was though), i really like this side of her.

Then after taking turn to take a bath and eat a nice warm breakfast, i said goodbye to her family, because i won’t stay there again for tonight, but i still accompanied Yuki to her university. We went to her university by train, i’m having a hard time to remember the train name or the station, i’m just glad i’m there with a local. If i remember it correctly it’s from Asakusa Station then changed train on 1 station before stopping at Kichijoji Station, it took around 1 hour to her university. Her university seems so grand with a line of big trees on the entrance. So, we separate here, while she was on class, i’ll go to Inokashira Park nearby to view the scenery, i heard that this spot is one of the popular spot to watch blooming Sakura or Hanami.

The rest of the day i talked with some people that also doing Hanami. It’s always feel wonderful to talked to local. Some of them even recommend me to go to Ghibli museum nearby, so i decided to went there. Ghibli is one of the most famous anime studio with an awesome story and amazing art on every movies with famous movies like Spirited away and Wind Rises. They said the museum is going to be renovated so i’m glad i can go there on time. So after enjoying the legendary studio’s museum i went back to the Inokashira Park, i want to put that scenery on my mind forever. At the same time, Yuki also sent me a message that her class was ended early so she will accompany me again. She tell me a lot of story, like couple that ride the boat there will be doomed to break up, and a lot of things, she also came with her friends, a couple. Let’s call them Ino and Akira for the sake of the story (Not a real name). They keep teasing Yuki about me as her boyfriend, while i act like i didn’t understand what they said, it’s so amusing.

So, four of us went around, a double date (lol). Eat on one of the sushi restaurant nearby, because i said i can’t eat ramen. Of course the taste is different with the sushi in Indonesia, but i actually prefer the one in Indonesia. After enjoying the meal, loitering around, visited some shrine around (sorry i can’t remember each and every name of the place), Ino and Akira went home. They said to me, “Be careful, Yuki is a Tsundere” and i just laughed at them. Well, it’s really an awesome day and i didn’t feel like a tourist at all, honestly.

So, at the station, Yuki promised me that she will go to Indonesia next, and she asked me to be her guide, of course i can’t say no to that and there my adventure in Japan with Yuki was ended. She went back to her home while i stayed at nearby hotel before departing to Shin-Kiba in the next morning.
